It provides users with stable and clean heat energy supply, effectively solving many drawbacks of traditional combustion equipment.This biomass pellet burner features a heat efficiency of ≥85% and is compatible with various fuels such as wood pellets, palm shells, peanut shell pellets, rice husk pellets, waste bacterium rods, and nutshells. It requires fuel with a particle diameter of 6-10mm and moisture content of <15%, and offers a capacity ranging from 300,000kcal/h to 12,000,000kcal/hr. Compared to natural gas, it can save 30%~40% in energy costs, and it saves 60% more than fuel oil and electricity.

Working Principle

1. Feeding Link: Biomass pellet fuel is evenly and stably fed into the combustion chamber through a high-precision screw conveying device. This conveying device is precisely controlled by an intelligent control system, which can adjust the feeding speed in real time according to combustion needs to ensure the continuity and stability of fuel supply.

2. Combustion Process: The biomass pellets entering the combustion chamber are quickly heated and decomposed in a high-temperature environment, undergoing gasification reaction and releasing combustible gases. At the same time, the burner is equipped with a unique air distribution system, which accurately adjusts the oxygen supply according to the combustion state of the fuel, enabling full mixing of combustible gases and oxygen to achieve efficient and complete combustion, releasing a large amount of heat energy.

3. Slag Removal Mechanism: The ash and slag generated by combustion move automatically towards the slag discharge port under the synergistic effect of gravity and the chain grate. The chain grate is driven by a motor and runs continuously at a set speed, stably conveying the ash and slag to the slag discharge area. When the ash and slag reach the slag discharge port, they automatically fall into the slag collection device below, completing the automatic slag removal process. This avoids the tedious work of frequent manual cleaning and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the burner.
