Working Principle

The flash dryer is driven by the agitator to form a strong rotating wind field by the tangent of hot air into the bottom of the dryer. The materials enter the dryer from the screw feeder. Under the strong action of high-speed rotating impeller, the materials are dispersed under the action of impact.fiction and shear force. The massive materials are quickly crushed, fully contacted with hot air, heated and dried. The dried materials are carried by the airflow into the dust collection system for collection and treatment, The tail gas with dust content<50mg m³ meets the environmental protection requirements is drained by the induced draft fan to complete the whole drying process.

Equipped with uniquely designed stirring teeth and crushing devices at the bottom, the machine continuously breaks up, crushes, and mixes input paste-like or filter cake materials. Under the action of high-speed hot air, the materials are rapidly dried and refined, eliminating the need for pre-crushing processes. 

By precisely controlling the hot air temperature, feeding speed, and classifier rotation speed, the final moisture content and fineness of the powdered product can be easily adjusted. This ensures uniform particle size, preserves material activity, and guarantees highly consistent product quality.
