Product Description

The jaw crusher is mainly composed of fixed jaw plates, movable jaw plates, frames, eccentric shafts, pulleys and other components. It mostly has a box - shaped structure in appearance. It crushes materials through the extrusion and shearing actions of the jaw plates. It is often used for primary or secondary crushing operations and can handle materials with various hardness levels.

Working Principle

The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the pulley, making the movable jaw plate perform periodic reciprocating motion. When it approaches the fixed jaw plate, it extrudes and crushes the materials entering the crushing cavity; when it leaves the fixed jaw plate, the crushed materials are discharged from the discharge port by their own weight, completing the crushing process.
