It is mainly used to remove moisture from bentonite, making it reach the moisture content required for subsequent processing or application. The equipment usually consists of a heating system, a conveying system, a drying drum, an exhaust system, etc. It can adjust operating parameters according to the characteristics of bentonite (such as humidity and particle size) to achieve efficient drying.

Working Principle

The core working principle of the bentonite dryer is to realize moisture evaporation through heat transfer:

1. The bentonite to be dried is sent into the dryer drum by the conveying device;

2. The drum rotates to make the materials turn evenly, and at the same time, it fully contacts with the hot air (provided by a burner or other heat sources);

3. The hot air exchanges heat with the bentonite, the moisture in the materials is heated and vaporized, and the formed wet waste gas is discharged through the exhaust system;

4. The dried bentonite is discharged from the other end of the drum, completing the entire drying process.
