Product Description
The wood shaving drying plant is a continuous drying and processing equipment specially designed for waste materials such as shavings and wood chips generated during wood processing. Through a reasonable heat source supply, air circulation and conveying system, it reduces the moisture content of wet wood shavings to a specific standard (usually 8%-15%), making them meet the requirements for subsequent processing or reuse. The production line integrates functions such as feeding, drying, discharging and dust removal, with a high degree of automation, and can flexibly adjust parameters according to the moisture content of shavings and production demand.
Working Principle
1.Shaving
The wood shaving machine can process various woods (such as sticks,branches,logs,furniture scraps from furniture factories, waste wood branches into batches of thin shavings with uniform thickness. The shaving machine can process finished wood or waste wood with a length of 450M to 140cM.The product has advanced structure, low energy consumption environmental protection high efficiency, and the shaving size can be adjusted according to your different uses.
2.Drying
The wood shavings dyer can dry wood shavings with a moisture content of 40-50%. to wood shavings with a moisture content of 8.15%,which is suitable for storage, and can also be dried according to customer requirements. The heat source of the wood shavings dryer can be biomass, natural gas, coal, diesel. etc.
3.Screening
The wood shavings screening machine is used to separate small-sized dust and screen out wood shavings of suitable size.
4. Baling
The wood shavings baler is specially designed to press loose wood shavings into compact bales,equipped with a feeding conveyor and a weighing conveyor,the bale size and weight are adjustable,and each bale has the same weight. Using British technology, 100% high quality, CE, ISO certified.
