1. Feeding device
Adopt chute feeding, material: wear-resistant steel, and feed is directly input into the cylinder. (Can be selected according to the production process)
2. Cylinder
The material of the cylinder (can be selected according to the heating temperature and process) is rolled in a single cylinder in the factory, and then connected to each other, corrected, and welded to form an integrated cylinder.
Cylinder speed:0.5~5 revolutions/minute, variable frequency speed regulation.
Electromagnetic induction heating is used to heat the cylinder, and the cylinder changes from radiation passive heat absorption of traditional electric heating to active self-heating.
A certain number of copying plates are arranged inside the cylinder.
3. Electromagnetic heating device
(1)Working temperature:80-1150℃, refer to calculation and test results for the final working temperature.
(2)Heating temperature zone: The heating section of the furnace body can be divided into multiple independent temperature control zones to ensure a better step-by-step preheating effect of materials.
4. Rotating device
The rotation of the cylinder adopts gear transmission and consists of a frequency conversion motor, a speed reducer, a pinion gear, a gear cover, etc. The driving device uses frequency conversion speed regulation, the pinion gear is forged from high-quality alloy steel 42CrMo, and the large gear is made of ZG310 -570. The output speed of the motor is adjusted through the frequency converter, and the speed can be adjusted from 0.5 to 5 revolutions per minute, thus achieving the purpose of adjusting the speed of the cylinder.
5. Blocking and supporting wheel device
The blocking and supporting wheel device consists of a supporting wheel base, supporting wheel, self-aligning roller bearing, blocking wheel, base, etc. The base is made of integrally welded steel, which has high bearing capacity and integrity. The cylinder is supported by two sets of supporting wheels, which reduces the probability of bending and deformation of the cylinder due to heat and improves the service life of the cylinder. An axial blocking wheel is also equipped at the supporting wheel group at the feeding end to prevent the cylinder from moving downward.
