The electromagnetic drum dryer is a modern drying equipment incorporating advanced electromagnetic heating technology, specifically designed for industrial and commercial applications. By utilizing electromagnetic induction to directly heat the drum, it achieves high-efficiency, uniform heat transfer, significantly reducing energy consumption while enhancing drying efficiency.
This product is widely used in industries such as food processing, chemicals, textiles, and mining, serving as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional coal- or gas-fired drying systems.
Working Principle
The variable frequency electromagnetic heating unit uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into heat energy. In the controller, a rectifying circuit converts a 50Hz AC voltage into a DC voltage, and then the DC voltage is converted into a high frequency with a frequency of 22kHz through the control circuit. AC voltage. The high-frequency AC voltage flows through the high-frequency wire wound around the non-metallic material pipe. When the magnetic force generated inside the high-speed changing magnetic field cuts the metal container inside the non-metallic material pipe, countless small eddy currents are generated, causing the metal material itself to heat at high speed., thereby achieving the purpose of heating the material.
