 A wood chipper is a high-efficiency and reliable wood processing equipment designed to crush various wood wastes (such as branches, wood scraps, shrubs, etc.) into uniform wood chips. Constructed with a heavy-duty steel structure, this powerful machine boasts a wide processing capacity, making it an ideal choice for industries such as wood recycling, biomass fuel production, landscaping, and agriculture. Our wood chippers prioritize durability, safety, and ease of operation, meeting the needs of users of different sizes and requirements.

Working Principle

 The wood chipper is driven by a motor or diesel engine to rotate the main shaft at high speed. Multiple sets of high-strength blades or hammers are mounted on the main shaft. After the material to be processed is fed into the inlet, it is rapidly crushed by the cutting and impact of the blades (or hammers) and the friction between the material and the liner. The crushed wood chips are discharged through a screen at the bottom. The screen aperture can be changed according to the required wood chip size, thus achieving different processing fineness requirements. The entire process is completed within a closed chamber, ensuring safety and minimizing dust leakage.
