This olive pomace dryer is a high-efficiency and energy-saving drying equipment independently developed by our company, specifically designed to handle wet olive pomace after olive oil extraction. It employs a scientific hot air circulation system to quickly and evenly remove moisture from the pomace, significantly reducing its weight and volume, thereby greatly facilitating subsequent storage, transportation, and further processing (such as residual oil extraction, biofuel production, or feed additive manufacturing). This equipment is a key asset for enhancing the overall economic value of olive oil and achieving resource recycling.

Working Principle

Wet olive pomace is evenly fed into the slowly rotating drying drum through the feeding device. The drum is equipped with various material lifting devices, which continuously flip and break up the material while thoroughly mixing it with high-temperature purified hot air from the heat source system. During this process, moisture is rapidly evaporated into steam and promptly discharged by the air induction system. Finally, the dried material that meets the required moisture standards is discharged from the outlet, completing the entire drying process.
