It mainly uses high-speed flowing hot air to fully contact with wet materials, achieving dehydration and drying of materials through rapid heat and mass transfer. The equipment has a compact structure, usually consisting of a hot air system, a feeding device, a drying pipeline, and separation equipment (such as a cyclone separator). It is suitable for rapid drying of various forms of materials, such as granular, powdery, and flaky materials.

Working Principle

1. Generation of hot air flow: Air is heated to a set temperature by a heater (such as electric heating, steam heating, gas heating, etc.) to form high-temperature hot air flow.

2. Material mixing: Wet materials are fed into the drying pipeline through the feeding device, fully mixed with high-speed hot air flow, and the materials are carried by the air flow and suspended in it.

3. Heat transfer and drying: Intense heat exchange occurs between the hot air flow and the wet materials. The moisture in the materials evaporates quickly and is carried away by the air flow, realizing drying.

4. Separation and collection: The dried materials are separated from the waste gas in separation equipment (such as a cyclone separator). The dried materials are collected, and the waste gas is discharged after treatment.
