This small tower-type grain dryer is meticulously designed by a leading Chinese agricultural machinery manufacturer, specifically tailored for small and medium-sized farms, cooperatives, and grain processing enterprises. Utilizing advanced hot air circulation technology, it ensures fast and uniform drying of various grains such as rice, corn, wheat, and soybeans, preserving grain quality, reducing mold losses, and enhancing storage safety.

Working Principle

During the operation of the dryer machine, the raw grains are dried once. However, due to not reaching the safe moisture level, the discharged grains are recycled into the dryer for secondary drying using a circulating conveying system. Through online detection of the moisture content of the grains at the outlet of the dryer, the moisture content of the grains after drying is detected in real time. The discharge valve is only activated when the grains reach the safe moisture level, and the grains are discharged from the dryer.
