The mesh belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment that achieves batch and efficient dehydration and drying through full contact between circulating hot air and materials on the conveyor belt. The equipment mainly consists of a conveyor mesh belt, heating system, hot air circulation system, transmission system, and control system. It can adjust the mesh belt speed, temperature, and air volume according to material characteristics, making it suitable for drying various shapes and humidity levels of materials.

Working Principle

The core working logic of the mesh belt dryer is "continuous conveying + hot air drying":

1. Materials are evenly placed on the mesh conveyor belt from the feeding end and move slowly forward with the belt;

2. The heating system (such as electric heating, gas heating, steam heating, etc.) generates hot air, which is sent into the drying box by a fan;

3. The hot air fully contacts the surface of materials in the box, absorbs moisture from the materials, and the humid air is discharged through the dehumidification system;

4. Materials complete drying during the movement and are finally output from the discharge end.
