It employs an innovative three-layer sleeve structure design, significantly improving heat utilization efficiency. Working Principle

Three-layer structure design:

The equipment consists of three concentric rollers (inner, middle, and outer layers), forming two independent hot air channels.

Hot air circulation system: Hot air starts from the inner roller, passing through the middle and outer layers sequentially, achieving three-stage heat energy utilization.

Material movement trajectory: Wet material enters the inner roller via a conveyor system and gradually moves towards the outer layer as the roller rotates.

Countercurrent drying principle: Hot air and material flow in opposite directions, ensuring full contact and improving drying uniformity.

Intelligent temperature control system: Each layer is equipped with an independent temperature sensor, which can automatically adjust the temperature parameters of each zone.
