The biomass pellet production line is an integrated system designed to process raw biomass materials (such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, rice husks, and other agricultural/forestry residues) into high-density, uniform biomass pellets. Working Principle

1.Raw Material Processing (Crushing)

Principle: The raw materials are crushed into fine particles (3-5mm) using a hammer mill or blade crusher to increase surface area, facilitating subsequent drying and pelletizing.

2.Drying (Moisture Control)

Principle: A rotary dryer or air-flow dryer is used to reduce the raw material moisture content from 30%-50% to 12%-15% with hot air furnace(the fuel can be gas.diesel,biomass waste or pellet etc.), ensuring optimal pelletizing conditions.

3.Pelletizing (High-Pressure Compression)

Mechanical Compression: The material is fed into a ring die pellet mill or vertical-die pellet mill, where it is compressed by rollers and extruded through die holes (typically 8-12mm) to form pellets.

4.Cooling (Stabilizing Pellet Structure)

Principle: Freshly extruded pellets (≈80°C) are cooled to ambient temperature using a counter-flow cooling machine to prevent cracking and reduce moisture content (<10%).

5.Screening & Packaging

Screening: A vibrating sieve removes fines to ensure uniform pellet size.

Packaging: Automatic weighing and bagging (25-50kg/bag) or bulk ton-bag packaging for storage and transportation.
