Working Principle

Working principle of the three - cylinder dryer: Wet materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the feeding device, and hot air (mostly generated by a combustion furnace) is fed in simultaneously. The inclination of the feeding pipeline should be exceed the natural inclination of materials ,so that to facilite sand flowing into dryer smoothly .As the inner cylinder rotates, the materials are lifted and scattered, exchanging heat with the high - temperature hot air to quickly achieve preliminary dehydration; then the materials enter the middle cylinder through the channel. Due to the larger diameter of the middle cylinder, the materials move slowly and have a longer contact time with the hot air, for further drying; then they enter the outer cylinder, which has the largest diameter. The materials have a long movement path and a long contact time with the hot air, and complete the final drying by using the residual heat. After the dryer process,It need cyclone dust collector to catch the items in the airflow.You should use bag type or wet-type dust collector and afterward discharge the waste gas,if you intend to further reduce the dust load of the exhaust.
